The conference invited experienced media educators and representatives of media literacy education organizations from different asian countries. It discussed about how asian countries promote media literacy project of United Nations and in which ways they can enhance their connection with western media education organizations. 一、会议简介 清华大学国际传播研究中心是联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)与联合国文明联盟(UNAOC)于2010年共同发起的“联合国教科文组织媒介、信息素养与跨文化对话”教席机构,其宗旨是增强各国、各地区的媒介素养和跨文化对话能力,为推动联合国“千年发展计划”目标的顺利实施而做出贡献。 为了进一步增进亚洲各国教育机构的媒介素养教育水平,经联合国教科文组织和联合国文明联盟批准,拟于2012年12月1日在重庆市举行“联合国媒介素养教育大会”,邀请中国、俄罗斯、日本、新加坡、印度、巴基斯坦、尼泊尔等国专家学者参会。 在此次会议上,联合国文明联盟与清华大学国际传播研究中心将择优授予有关机构“联合国教科文组织媒介、信息素养与跨文化对话合作教席”资质。合作教席有权开展或参与以下活动: 1、合作开展或参与相关的联合国项目; 2、合作主持或参与撰写相关教材、出版物等; 3、参与有关国际交流、国际研讨会等。 本次会议由联合国教科文组织、联合国文明联盟、清华大学国际传播研究中心共同主办,西南政法大学承办。大会不收取会议费,并承担会议期间的食宿费用。 现面向各国媒介素养教育专家学者征集论文。 二、会议宗旨 自由、真实而透明的信息传播对于民主法制社会的良性发展具有至关重要的作用。随着微博、电子论坛、个人博客等社交媒体的快速发展,传统新闻媒体的“把关人”作用不断弱化,互联网媒体传递的信息鱼龙混杂、真伪难辨,网络谣言的肆意传播不仅影响了社会的稳定,对于互联网媒体的健康成长也造成严重威胁,社会对开展有效的媒介素养教育的呼声越来越强烈。人们面对媒介(尤其是互联网媒体)传递的各种信息时,需要具备一定的甄别能力、理解能力、质疑能力、评估能力、创造能力以及思辨能力。 青少年和大学生是网络媒体的主要使用人群,本次会议旨在探讨如何在高等院校、青少年教育机构等领域开展有效的媒介素养教育,提高青少年和大学生的媒介素养水平。 三、主要议题: (一)青少年大学生的媒介接触现状 (二)如何开展青少年媒介素养教育 (三)社交媒体对新闻教育的挑战 (四)我国网络舆论特点研究 四、论文写作要求 (一)题目自拟,论文的选题宜具体不宜宽泛; (二)理论与实践相结合,有对策意识,注重针对性与操作性; (三)符合学术规范,参考文献附论文正文后,并在文中对应标注; (四)论文字数限于4000—10000字之间; (五)请提供Word文档的电子文本; (六)论文正文前附300字左右的论文摘要; (七)论文正文后附作者简介及个人通讯联系地址。 五、论文提交方式 欲参会并发表论文的专家学者,请于2012年11月15日前将论文摘要(并于2012年11月20日前将论文正文)发送至大会组委会专用电子邮箱:nadnew@163.com 六、组委会联系方式 组委会:西南政法大学全球新闻与传播学院 联系人:卢春 电话:023-67258502 13883845310 联系人:赵文丹 电话:023-67258787 13594676041 联系人:周尤 电话:023-67258786 18716353828 传真:023-67258502 七、若贵单位欲申请媒介素养合作教席,请直接与会议组委会电话联系。 清华大学国际传播研究中心 2012年10月10日

UNESCO has been working for over 40 years in the field of media and information literacy (MIL). Part of its strategy involves creating partnerships necessary to amplify the impact of MIL.
