UNESCO: Media Elections Project, Independent High Electoral Commission of Iraq
On 15 August 2010 the UNESCO Office for Iraq made an official presentation of the Media Elections Project to the Iraqi Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) Board at its headquarters in Baghdad. IHEC, together with the Communications and Media Commission (CMC), is one of the key Iraqi stakeholders engaged in the UNESCO-led Media Elections Project.
