Europe 4U is een project van Stichting Expertisecentrum ETV.nl en Mira Media. Beide zijn verantwoordelijk voor de projectleiding. De website Europe 4U is gemaakt door Emmia Multimedia. Leerlingen van ROC van Amsterdam, ROC Mondriaan, ROC Midden Nederland en Drenthe College/Alfa-College maken de digitales. En Flex Productions heeft de televisieserie Europe 4U geproduceerd.
