The Center for International Media Assistance, CIMA, organized a working group on July 25, 2007 that discussed the issue of professional development of journalists. This report is the outcome thereof. These reports aim to provide policymakers, as well as donors and practitioners, with ideas for bolstering the effectiveness of media assistance.
