新媒介正深刻地影响、改变和塑造着当代少年儿童,特别是2011年以来,基于智能手机、平板电脑和移动互联网的新媒介应用全面爆发,新一代媒介技术和产品的应用也渐成当代少年儿童主流媒介应用,他们从一出生开始,就处于这种新媒介环境之中。 广州等中国大城市的新媒介发展迅猛,本次广州的少先队员媒介素养调研显示,基于移动互联网和以iphone、ipad等“苹果”产品为代表的新媒介应用,正蕴育着“苹果世代”的儿童;在这样的新媒介环境中,当代少年儿童作为媒介使用者和传播者的地位突显;同时复杂的媒介环境,也使得当代少年儿童媒介素养状况喜忧参半。 置身于如此多元的媒介环境中,如何引导少年儿童全面认识媒介,正确使用和消费介,并通过媒介认识世界、理性表达、发展自我,在吸收国际先进文化、信息的同时,继承国家和民族优秀的传统文化,培养良好的公民道德,成为新时代教育工作的重大社会责任和历史使命。 因此在“人人都是记者”的微博时代,我们倡导以“全面认识、合理使用、理性表达、公民参与”为教育目标,全面培养和提升少年儿童的媒介素养。
