This Ofcom Media Literacy E-Bulletin issue, from March 2009, includes news about a number of initiatives aiming for the millions of older people who have yet to experience the full benefits of the internet. The bulletin explains more about Silver Surfers’ Day, which this year takes place on 15 May.
Also, it describes some of the new projects that tries to make a step change in the promotion of media literacy. The bulletin have highlited the range of activities from organizations trying to promote these changes.
