The Center for Global Communication Studies (CGCS) is a leader in international education and training in comparative media law and policy. It affords students, academics, lawyers, regulators, civil society representatives and others working in the media sector the opportunity to evaluate critically and discuss comparative, global and international communications issues. CGCS’s network includes the Stanhope Centre (London), Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy (PCMLP) at the University of Oxford, Center for Media and Communication Studies (CMCS) at Central European University (Budapest), and strong partnerships in China and the Middle East.
