All-Russian scientific school for youth «Media Education and Media Competence» was hold in Taganrog State Pedagogical Institute in 18 – 25 October 2009, supported financially by Russian Federal Science and Innovations Agency (Russian Ministry of Education and Science) as a realization of federal project «Scientific and scientific and pedagogical staff of Innovative Russia for 2009-2013». Irkutsk state linguistics university was represented by post-graduate students of pedagogic department Khlyzova Natalia Jurevna and Grigorieva Irina Valerevna, who had won a rigid competition. It is necessary to say, that the similar scientific school for youth in Russia was hold for first time, the head of the school was the President of the Russian Association for Film and Media Education, the editor-in-chief of journal «Mediaobrazovanie» (Media Education, http://www.ifap.ru/projects/), Prof.Dr. Alexander Fedorov.
