The most promising global innovators in digital technologies were awarded at the 4th Netexplorateur Forum on 3 and 4 February 2011 at UNESCO Headquarters. Their innovations serve to create new forms of education, communication, information, solidarity and management around the globe. They produce an impact on the way the public and private sectors reflect on development, dialogue and diversity and influence the elaboration of new strategies and programmes.
