Founded in 1982, Connections Communications Centre is a registered charity dedicated to promoting cultural diversity and new opportunities in the media industry. The Centre provides training, mentoring and job assistance to help open doors to the media industry for those excluded through lack of training and economic or social deprivation. Throughout the years, the Center has supported thousands of people in gaining employment in the film and broadcast industry or making films.
The Connections Communications Center provides access and training for individuals in many life situations, with a network of industry freelancers that provides expert motivational and business support to trainees. Mentors are creative industry professionals with years of experience and knowledge to pass on to trainees. Coaches are trained to develop Connections clients for the future, focusing on the right paths for achieving goals and preparing for change.
