本文目的是分析作为一个新的信息通讯技术(ICT)的Facebook的特定设定是如何变成对某些现有隐私伦理原则的侵犯的。这完全变化了,现代范式变化在最新Web2.0和万能的通讯技术里有最清楚的表现,暗示着对道德原则的重新思考,特别是在相关于隐私和图像保护方面。我们的研究不仅解释了这些领域是如何被技术改变所影响的,也解释了用户是如何因无知和信任而使这些重要伦理原则受到侵犯的。这种无所谓的态度和不断增长的交流的相关性给了网络超越隐私保护的优先权。这种行为的后果被作家雅克.拉康称作“外泄”,这个概念可解释为透过网络活动的公共隐私,即被曝光的隐私。我们想要达到的目的是释明我们的隐私会以不同方式被Facebook条款破坏(比如隐私规则改变,搜集消费趋向数据,使用隐私数据和透露用户的信任)。此外,这些论点会受到国际上Facebook隐私侵犯研究的支持,我们将会披露这些以理解公民如何能采取不同的行动保护他们的隐私和图像权。
