Summer Institute in Digital Literacy

If you’re a K-12 teacher, college faculty member, media professional, librarian or youth media leader, please join us for this exciting six-day institute, where we will focus on how literacy is changing as a result of emerging media and technologies.

You will learn to use new digital media for expression and communication and conduct project-based inquiry using a variety of digital texts, tools and technologies, which will you help create challenging and engaging learning opportunities for you and your students. By considering the implications of this cultural and technological shift for teaching and learning at all levels, we’ll advance the practice of digital literacy through collaboration and sharing.
