FOSI 2014 8th Annual Conference

On November 12th and 13th the Family Online Safety Institute will hold it’s 8th Annual Conference in Washington, DC.

The event, titled “Redefining Online Safety”, will broach the ever-evolving notion of online safety, and discuss what this concept really means in today’s world. What is the best way to keep ourselves safe online, and understand the risks that are out there, while still leaving ourselves open to taking advantage of all of the opportunities available to us on the Internet?

By bringing together a vast audience made up of educators, industry representatives, non-profits, government, and academics, FOSI looks forward to widening the debate on this topic, and creating a new definition of what it means to be safe online.
